This deposit of $200 places me on Fabulous Finds Shih Tzu's waiting list for the next available puppy that meets my requirements.  I understand that requests will be filled on a first come first served basis in order of the list and that I will have one year from the signing of this contract to find my shih tzu puppy, unless prior arrangements are made.  This deposit is non-refundable if I should change my mind. This deposit is applied to the purchase price of the puppy I choose.
